You know what’s weird

You know what’s weird, is visiting LA and then trying to get out quickly before the biggest snowstorm of the decade hits DC and THEN before any of the DC snow has even thought about melting, the biggest fire of the decade hits LA.

I spent most of today glued to my phone texting with family, tracking their evacuations, and reading the news updates of the fires, while also supervising Polly sledding. Most of the texting had to happen with voice to text because it was too cold to take my mittens off.

Life is wild. My family is OK. ❤️  LA is not. 💔
