Wow, November flew by. It always does! This time of year STREAKS by! I love blogging about what I'm thankful for. It makes me feel so happy and warm inside. Truly.
I got home from work and sat down to write this (because I didn't want to forget on my final day of thanksblogging) and wondered what to write on my final day of thanksblogging. And I decided that I'm thankful for my job. But I'm also thankful for all my jobs. I feel that I have multiple jobs. And I like them all. I have a job at home, raising my kids. I have a job at work, working my work.
This picture which my mom took of me at my first "real" job in my first (and only) real office... Classic... And so funny...
Also funny that I still work at that job 10 years later. Sort of. Don't have an office anymore. That will happen when you go from 40 hours a week to... 8 hours a week.
I like that job a lot, and I like my coworkers. Even more than that job, I like this job and these coworkers:
The job where I go to water parks and my coworkers suck their thumbs and pick their noses. OK, it's not all fun and games and field trips and nose picking. It's hard stinking work. But I LOVE it. Except when I don't love it, and that's ok. A good cry and a good pint of New York Super Fudge Chunk and I'm usually back to loving it.
Well anyway, I also like my job at church which I am still new at and which I am still refining my approach to (Matt will insert here that I "need to stop sending so many emails") but I love it anyway and people can delete my emails if they want to. JK, don't delete them. Please don't
