The beautifulest.
As soon as I walked out my front door this morning I said to myself, "This is not a day to spend in an office."
(This happens every year, doesn't it? Should we all just quit our jobs and start living off the land? But then we couldn't blog, perish the thought.)
Unfortunately, unlike half my coworkers who are in Hawaii right now and the other half who are out hiking or something with their families, I am spending this day in an office.
Getting up occasionally to go out on the balcony and take pictures with my phone. Capitol view, wouldn't you say?
The shadow on the right hand side of the picture, in case you wondered, is from a bar. Can't have any jumpers.
I don't mind being in here too much, though. Because if it was cold and dreary, I'd still have to be here and then I wouldn't have the sunny afternoon and evening to look forward to. Thank you, Spring! Thank you, Daylight Savings Time! See, that's what I call positivity!

i do love spring, and beautiful days, and daylight savings. i just don't like trying to put my kids to bed when it is light outside. luckily we are on spring break so we're all staying up late and sleeping in.
It was a beautiful day here yesterday too, and I went out to the park near my office and ate my lunch on a bench next to a stranger. She didn't want to talk though.
It's supposed to rain this weekend. So Matt and I took advantage of the nice day yesterday, took off a little early, and went to the batting cages. Yep, all in a day's work.
Just FYI, you don't want to see me try to hit a baseball. Kinda like how you don't want to see Matt with a mustache. But I digress.
That's really funny... I took off school a little early and hit the golf courses with Jonah. Something I've never done before... and golfing is really not as easy as it looks. I'm going to tell you that right now.
I could NOT pass it up! It was So Nice yesterday!
Also, isn't it dayLIGHT savings, not daily savings? maybe I'm wrong.
