Just because sometimes I can’t think of what to write on my blog so I scroll through old photos until something strikes me. Here’s a recent TJ’s find that I texted to my sisters. Shakshuka is one of those things I’ve been seeing everywhere and the TJ’s frozen section is an extremely low-cost way (in both time and money) to try it out. I added rice (also TJ’s also frozen) and it was Very Taste. As my niece Eve would say. Or would have said when she was little.
