I'm not president of the cookie butter fan club or anything--it's fine, but there are just a whole lot more treats I'd rather have--but when I saw this in the freezer section a while back I was too curious not to try it. I quickly ate it all within a day or two. (I let my kids have a little bit.) It was salty and sweet with just a little bit of spice. So, sort of like cookie butter, but 100x better because it was in ice cream form.
Do give it a try if you see it. And maybe the lesson to be learned here is that Trader Joe's ice cream doesn't let me down.

my only complaint about this ice cream is that it doesn't come in a bigger container. though it's probably for the best that it doesn't.
Not much of an ice cream fan myself - unless there are nuts and chocolate in it.
