Thanks for my grandparents.

I'm so incredibly blessed to have two living grandmothers, Mary and Helen. I also got to know Matt's grandma Verla for several years before she died in 2008. All three women have been wonderful examples to me as I venture through this stage of life that they left behind long ago.

My grandfathers died when I was young (8 and 17, respectively) but I feel like I have gotten to know them through stories and descriptions from those who knew them well. I love to learn about my grandparents and Matt's grandparents; what they were like, what they did, things they said, mistakes they made, their testimonies of the gospel.

I believe that families are forever and that I will get to know them all myself someday.
