We were at the beach for a week and I stayed away from the computer. Naturally I came home to 54 e-mails. Also my camera is full of pictures to post so I'm slowly working through everything. I'll be back soon!

how many of those emails were from the "oakton friends" email list, though? because i think if i left then my ward listserv would get out of hand.
also i think that i contributed to at least four of those emails, so i'm just teasing.
also, we miss ida. and you and matt and theo of course but she's just right there.
So cute! That picture could be an advertisement for Hershey's, or marshamllows, or graham crackers, whichever company wants to promote s'mores!
Sadly I don't think we will be going to Florida again for a while, at least not if we want to go to the beach! I am anxious to see how far up the coast the oil spill ends up going. I heard recently that it could make it up as far as North Carolina this year.
We were in Delaware. It's less than 3 hours away so Matt went home for a couple of days in the middle of the week to work. The weather was nice and hot, the water was just cool enough, the house was in a cute little town...the perfect beach vacation.

I was not that cute the first time I tasted a s'more. I think it's the blonde cherub look. Can't really compete with that.
OH the listservs.
Between Oakton Friends, the preschool listserv, the preschool board listserv, and our HOA listserv (which has the least relevant information of any listserv I have ever belonged to...I don't know where they come up with this stuff about lane closures on 495 but why do I care?) I can count on at least 5-10 e-mails a day that are not intended for me personally.
