Instead of fooling you today I'm going to provide a guessing game for your enjoyment.
That widely known, widely loved party game (or girls' camp game, or freshman dorms game, or first day of school game, or work retreat game, etc.) known as Two Truths and a Lie. (You guess which one is the lie.)
And, like most posts on this blog, it's all about ME!
Ready?
1) Once I hiked to the top of Mount Olympus in the rain.
2) I own the movie Dragonheart (on VHS).
3) I know all the words to "Glamorous" by Fergie.

I think the one about Fergie is the lie. I think that you have pretty sophisticated music tastes to be singing that.

I've never liked this game. I blush when I'm lying and I can never tell when other people are lying. I think they all sound true!
I'm guessing Fergie, cause I can't picture you like her considering you usually have a Neil Diamond Christmas party. Can you like both Niel and Fergie and not have a split personality?
I thought it meant we were supposed to give two truths and a lie about ourselves - see what happens when you read blogs at 6 a.m.!!

To be different I was going to guess that you climbed to the top of Mount Olympus but NOT in the rain.
But I actually think the answer is Dragonheart. Glamorous doesn't have that many words, and I bet "fonce-ay, fonce-ay" makes you laugh enough to listen to it a lot.
oh haha it's flossy, flossy. Which makes so much more sense.
So my guess stands, by the same reasoning.
First of all: I am laughing a lot right now about "fonce-ay, fonce-ay."
Secondly, the winner is Hannah. They are all lies (sweet little lies). Perfect for April Fool's Day! Am I right or am I right or am I right.
I really was going to do the "real" game, but then I couldn't think of anything interesting-yet-obscure that would work.
There is some element of truth to each lie, though. Once, Matt and I were going to climb Mount Olympus--but it rained, so we didn't. Also, once I saw a preview for Dragonheart. Also, I know the "G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S" part...and I definitely knew it was flossy flossy.
Also, I think that one can be a fan of both Neil and Fergie.
Also, I'm so flattered that Katie thinks my taste in music is too sophisticated for "Glamorous." Despite the fact that I listen to Theo's "kid" music in the car...when he's not even in the car. Despite the fact that I still have memorized every KIIS-FM hit circa 1996-2000. "I Want You Back" by *NSYNC? You got it. "Dreaming of You" by Selena? Done.
Anyway, there you have it! Spectacular, wasn't it?
