I.R.S.

So I know what it's like to be on the other end of these things. Sorry to keep you guys waiting!

This little girl's name is Ida Rachel. Ida is Matt's great-grandmother (Phil's mother's mother--whose initials, incidentally, were also IRS) and Rachel is an awesome lady in the Old Testament.

There you have it! Now what will you have to look forward to??

I will try to be better at blogging and picture-taking and keep up my post-a-day goal but may (okay, will) fall short, I'm just warning you. It turns out that 2 kids is actually a lot more than 1.

We are home, by the way. I hate hospitals...and I love my home. (And I missed Theo.)

Love it! Ida and Theo. Perfect. They both have that "classic literary hero" ring to them. Good work!

What a beuatiful name. I love it. I'm probably not the best judge, but she looks so much different then Theo to me (I know she is a girl and all), but still. She is so precious. I would be over in a flash to help you out in someway if I wasn't sick as a dog.

LOVE the name! It is unique and beautiful. She has such great coloring, adorable little girl. I agree with Talai, I don't think she looks much like Theo. I thought of you when I saw her. She is precious.
Glad you are home...we have a little something of you. I will give you a call in the morning.

I love that name. THere is a girl in my ward named ida. She's from Denmark. Do you pronounce it ee-da or eye-da? She's a doll. Looks like Theo likes her too!
