Days Go By and Still I Think of You
My cousin Amy mentioned on my family's blog that she couldn't believe how fast a year goes by (my niece Annika just turned 1, which I can't believe either!). So I thought I'd go back and see what I was doing a year ago. And I realized that a year ago today, Matt and I were driving across the country in delirium. Now that's what I call Fun.
Also a year ago: I went to Seattle for the first of many times--started grad school--got my editing job--Phil and Lynnette left for Switzerland--3 Terrill babies were born....Time really does fly, doesn't it....Then when I think about how a year from now, Matt and I will be graduated, Phil and Lynnette will be home, those 3 babies will be 2 years old, and Matt and I will have to decide where to live and get new jobs...well that sorta freaks me out. I'm excited for change. I'm excited to see Phil and Lynnette. And there's nothing the matter with babies turning 2. But the other stuff...that's a little on the daunting side of things.

That's a scary thought sometimes in what could happen in a year. I haven't thought about that before because I am just lucky to think a week in ahead. I also really liked your Enrichment posting. I though it is a good idea. I am sure now that a few wards will be coping your idea. How funny.
Totally agree with you eliza time is sure going by fast. Just a year ago i had just graduted from college which i thought would never come. and i am still needing to look for a job
There's nothing like looking back - saying "Last year at this time, I was..." or even "Last month at this time..." - reflection is good though - hopefully we learn from it!
a year ago at this time i was stressing about hemorrhaging (sp?) and planning annika's blessing - i have to say i'm glad i'm not in that boat this year - it's been such a fun summer - almost a perfect summer
I was actually driving across the country from D.C. while you wrote this post, exactly one year after you. Weird. Although, my trip was not straight through (thank goodness).
