What You Should Know

Going to see The Shins tonight.

Should be fun! I've never seen them live before. I haven't been to a real rock show in a long time, actually...I think the last one I went to was probably Badly Drawn Boy last fall (the one where I got so tired I had to leave early. LOSER! LOSER!). And the last time before that was I think Ben Folds last summer. Although I did dream last night that I played the piano for Guster in concert, and they wanted me to play "Christmas Time is Here" from A Charlie Brown Christmas, but I didn't have the right sheet music. And the concert was at like 7 in the morning, so I was late for work. Figure that one out.

Oh yes, and Cousin Karls (my 2-year-old niece Eve's name for, as you may have guessed, my cousin Karl) started his very own photoblog. Watch out for a once-in-a-lifetime shot of me with ultra-shorn "I should probably have a mullet to go with these" bangs.
