I realized today that Ida says "ife" for "knife." As in "You should probably cut this with an ife" or "Can I cut my pizza with myself with my ife?" "With myself" means "by myself" in case that wasn't clear.
The other vaguely amusing thing I remember from today was that Theo informed me that "We have 2 boys--Mike and Mason." Mike is our next-door neighbor and Mason is his dog. "We also have 2 girls," he added. "Oh really, who are the girls?" I asked and his answer was "Casey and Ruth!" which makes perfect sense since Casey lives down the street and Ruth is her dog. It occurred to me that Theo probably thinks that Mike and Mason and Casey and Ruth somehow all go together. I guess they kind of do when you put it that way, especially since they all apparently belong to us.

I look at the picture of Ida everyday, several times a day, It just warms my heart. I would make it my screen saver if I knew how!!
