He is hanging up cloth diapers to dry. Or maybe he is taking them down. He is wearing his vest and his sleeves are rolled up.He is my mother's mother's father.
I just love this picture.
Matt often helps me with lingering housework after a long rat-race day of his own.
Also he is a great dad . . . more like the best dad.

I too love this picture - not at all like the Grandpa I knew - but he was a great guy - just never saw him doing housework.
He did all the yardwork though.
Love that picture! Aaron does all of our cleaning too (laundry, dishes, etc) and I am so grateful!! I love how we think our husbands are just the best.
Matt definitely doesn't do all of our cleaning! but he is fabulous at dishes and laundry. And when we had a yard, he did all of the yard work.
I kind of like the idea of a clothesline. Maybe I will string one up. Except we don't get much sun so it probably wouldn't work that well.

maybe that's why your grandma took a picture of it - often we take pictures of unusual events.
maybe bruce needs a vest - like flylady - although he already folds most of the laundry. after it takes over the couch - it's the only way to make a space to watch t.v.
