That's a week in the life of one very little boy.

So cute! Does Theo have a middle name?

I miss him already - give him a hug from Grannybabs!!

(When they came and got me at the airport, Eve called me Barbara the whole time!)

I can't believe you have a baby. Holy crap.

What a very darling boy. He has great hair and bright eyes! I also noticed you were reading Dr. Sears in one one the shots. Bonny introduced those books to me and I love all of them and refer to them often:)

Maybe you won't think this is funny but your Real Simple page is turned to the same page that I was reading over Veronica's shoulder the other night.

Okay, yeah, it's not funny.

Marcy, his middle name is Keith, after his dad (Matthew Keith) and great-grandpa.

Alex, sometimes I say to Matt, "Remember how we have a baby now?"

Hannah and Erika, you have eagle eyes.

I do enjoy Dr. Sears. He seems a lot more middle-ground than a lot of the other fanatic types that I've read. Phoebe gave me The Baby Book and The Breastfeeding Book for Christmas. We're loving them.

Sarah, where's your blog? I've been looking for Lauren updates and there are none to be found!

(And Babs, he misses you too! He especially missed you around 6 a.m. today when he wouldn't go back to sleep after eating)

Isn't it so strange and wonderful to be a mom. Sometimes I feel too young to be doing this. But then I feel like it is right and I've been doing it forever. I hope you enjoy every moment, even at 6 am when they don't want to go back to sleep. When the moment is gone you can't ever get it back. So enjoy every one you get.

what cute pix!

the first weeks of your first baby (or any baby, but you have more time to dwell on the first baby) are so neat.

i'm glad you're having fun.

and we love dr. sears as well.

The first week is great- the first everything is great (ok, maybe not the first waiting up late wondering where the heck they are, but that's in the far future for you guys!) When my babies are little I try to remind myself to relish all the cute and wonderful things about them. Though they always grow into more cute and wonderful things. (just not tiny and cuddly!)

I am glad youare enoying the dear Doctor. He is fabulous.
I am also glad you are enjoying the wee babe. He is also fabluous.
The best part about the first baby(for me) was that fact that I really could sleep whenever the baby slept. It was a luxury!

i think my favorite pic is you and him on the couch. It's like you are at a dentist waiting room, reading your magazine, glancing slyly to a fellow patient like: "come here often?"

You entitled it "one very little boy" but he is quite large for his age - especially for having two petite parents. I wish you'd let us see pictures of your WHOLE body when you were pregnant - I can only imaging what Theo made his mommy look like. "Theo" is an adorable name...and little boy.
