Thanksgiving turkey: done and done.
Although if I could do it again I would have gotten two of these. My kids scarfed it down so there wasn’t any for leftovers. We had two turkey legs too, because you gotta have drumsticks on Thanksgiving, but the breast was a hit, plus it included gravy.
When some good friends who used to live here visited from the west coast earlier this fall, the first thing they wanted to do was visit Wegmans. 😂
I dare you to find a grocery store that checks every box like Wegmans does. Good luck!

ReplyDeleteI enjoy making turkey but it’s the most difficult meat to cook! I thought I was a failure until I read an acclaimed chef say the same thing and he breaks down the bird for easier cooking. I won’t be doing that and a big fan of store bought solutions.
