Surprise! I have Covid. Only about 500 million people in the world have had it so far, so it’s a pretty exclusive club.
I’m mad at myself for catching it, but at the same time I realize that I couldn’t (or didn’t want to) live my life isolated forever; we’re all vaccinated and I was still relatively careful, just not quite careful enough.
I’m grateful that we don’t have any major plans to cancel; travel etc.
I’m also grateful that my symptoms are manageable. I don’t feel as bad as I did after the second Moderna shot… yet…
I’m also grateful that no one else in my family has tested positive… yet…
Knock on all the wood for us, ok?!
Take care - enjoy the rest!!
