Babies, the mother slayers

Dudes. These photos from Easter slay me.

I see these babies every day (lucky me) but apparently it takes a photograph for me to really see what they look like. I.e., not like babies.

Also, I never knew that Lars has no eyebrows. How did I miss that?

Also they are a bunch of dorks who refuse to hold still but I'm not even mad. The hugging...I'll pretend it's constant. Since I don't have any pictures of Ida running in terror from the boys I'll just remember the hugging. Also, I don't remember Theo's pants being this baggy. He's only worn them once yet. Mind you, I buy all clothes for him a size in advance and make him wear them for 2+ years. So far he hasn't complained.

Same guys, 2012

Looking at these couch photos in sequence turns me into a bigger cliche than I already am. When looking at these pictures I am the mother whose life is flashing before her eyes and who remembers how her babies once felt in her arms. If I'm like this when Theo is in first grade, heaven help me 5, 10, 20 years from now.

Haha...except Theo actually has looked exactly the same since he was 4. Just way taller now and with huge teeth.

  1. Your kids are growing up in a flash - I'm afraid kids have a way of doing that!! They look great - can't wait for a chance to see them again!!
