My kids got tons of candy at an Easter egg hunt the day before Easter, so the Easter Bunny brought only a small amount of candy for their baskets the next day. (They had enough candy left over from Saturday to have a second hunt in our yard on Sunday. nice) The main attraction was that each of them got a new set of Legos, which have since provided literally hours of entertainment. I love tiny toys...even more than that, I love that Ida doesn't put them in her mouth anymore.
I wish my kids knew how to play with leggos. Instead, they just dump the bucket on the floor, and spread them around. They just don't get it.

ReplyDeleteI'm with Meredith. My kids don't really "get" them when they are at their cousin's house. Maybe we need our own set to experiment with...
