Famine

Sorry for the dearth of posts.

I'm in a rut...a blog rut, that is. Not only not a lot of time to blog, but also not a lot of ideas flowing.

Theo's awesome. The baby is awesome. Hester's fresh off the boat from Jamaica and totally has an accent (I haven't mentioned that yet, Hester, but you do). Hannah's on her tropical vacation wherein she is visiting multitudinous isles of the sea. ELIZA is keeping me slightly more insane than I would like. Between the two of us T and I have about 14 various doctor's appointments that I need to make but am putting off. Okay, more like 3 or 4 but if I had some extra money I would pay people to make my doctor's appointments because I really dislike doing it myself. I am suddenly, it seems, allergic to desserts. Really. Unrelated, I no longer fit into half of my maternity shirts. We have 2, count 'em, 2 weekend camping trips planned "befoh the summah's ovah" (anyone, anyone?). I hate my couch. I have eaten my weight in peaches in the past 24 hours. And, last night Matt and I made spicy peach jam.

Remember how I thought I could keep up 2 check-worthy blogs? HA! My "public" blog has about 10 posts on it representing the past 6 months. I know, that is throwing in the proverbial blog towel. You've heard about the proverbial blog towel, right? I have almost given up. Sometimes I think about giving up on my own blog. But then all of a sudden I have time and ideas and I'm posting twice a day for a week...it is feast or famine around here.

Let me know if there's anything you'd like to know and/or discuss and I'll work on it.

  1. I have been trying to be on Gmail the same time as you and tell you to post an updated picture of yourself so that I can make an educated guess on the sex of your baby. So maybe you could do that. I had a dream about you the other night that you had triplets. You named the boy Seven (George Costanza anyone) and the girl Thea. LOL!

Also, camping at 7 monthes pregnant. I am very impressed. Are you concerned about the bathroom situation?

  2. Do I really have an accent? Hilarious. I need to go back to Utah soon so I can get my Utah accent back.

  3. I think your blog is always so interesting no matter what you post about. You and Nicole are my blog-exemplars...except that I want Nicole to blog more.
