In 6 hours I'm gettin' on a plane, and going to Seattle, and then 24 hours later I'm gettin' on another plane, and coming back.
And that, my friends, is the last time I expect to find myself in the lovely SeaTac Airport for a long, long time. Maybe ever. (I will be back in Seattle in June, but we're driving.)
I'm sort of happy about that, and sort of sad. Happy because I really don't like to fly; happy because in 8 weeks, I'll be a-graduated; sad because Seattle is so beautiful and I have made so many friends there; sad because this means I really will have to get a job.
I am looking forward to patronizing my favorite S-Town consignment store, The Buffalo Exchange. Yeah, that's right. Secondhand all the way.
See ya, SeaTac.
if you click on careers on your buffalo exchange link - you might have your job answer.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy - I had my last class tonight - unless the state comes up with some other requirement, I have finally met them all!
ReplyDeletecongratualtions mom - perserverance pays off.
ReplyDeleteI shouldn't have said anything about Sea-Tac. I like Sea-Tac. But I think I jinxed myself, because my flight was delayed 4 hours last night. That's the third time I've been delayed coming out of Sea-Tac in the past year.
ReplyDeleteAnd it's not Sea-Tac's fault. It's DELTA'S fault.
