Thanks for Theo

(On a run together in the woods a few weeks ago)

I’m very thankful for Theo. He is funny and charming and insightful and faithful and the best little Nats fan you ever did see.

Middle school has been a big adjustment. But I can already see glimpses of how he will continue to grow these next two years as he prepares for high school. He tries really hard. His grades last quarter were better than I’d hoped. He is serious and committed. He has his hardships but he feels remorse after he loses his cool, and he cares. It’s been amazing to watch, actually. Now if I can just get better at keeping MY cool with him. Baby steps. We’re all here to learn!
