My favorite part of this picture, aside from the awesomeness that is Ida on tiptoe, is the tag hanging from her sleeve. I was going through the kids' clothes one afternoon in order to pack away the ones they've grown out of and rotate in the ones they are just growing into. Ida found this yet-unworn top (a gift from Aunt Katie) and insisted on putting it on over her clothes. Then I forgot about the tag and she wore it the rest of the day like that.

Then we made waffles.
Do you know what I love most about that picture? Ida's Michelin Man rolls on her thighs! How dang cute is she? My kids were never roly poly like that, so I just love to see it on babies.
ReplyDeleteThe thing I love most is her tiny apron. Cute! And good life habits.
ReplyDeleteLove the chunky thighs too!! I miss my munchkins!!
ReplyDeleteKind of like when my zipper was down for a couple of hours today.
ReplyDeleteLove the apron and glad the shirt fit.
I just want to kiss those cute little thighs. Theo's smile is darling.
ReplyDeleteI think the best part of the photo are Ida's legs. They look like Michelangelo sculpted them for a perfect cherub - Ida.
ReplyDeleteAhh-Baa!
I will relay the Ahh-Baa! to Ida. I know she is going to love it!
ReplyDeleteSo priceless! I love it.
ReplyDeleteYou forgot to mention her thighs. Are you kidding me with those thighs? I want Jack to grow some of those.
ReplyDeleteIda has sweet legs! What a little cutie. That picture really is priceless.
