So, as I mentioned yesterday, I signed up to run a relay race this fall. The one that I missed last year because I was great with child at the time. Now, finally! I'm in!
To refresh your memory, it's been--beep boop boop beep (calculator noise)--3 years and 2 pregnancies since I've run any kind of race. Yikes. But I am really looking forward to it. I've got my stroller. I've got my training schedule (which I started on Monday with 15 whole minutes of running. I am a champion!). Also, I've been reading the blog archives of my friends who ran it last year, so I've got the motivation/inspiration thing down too.
Now the 12 of us need a team name, so go ahead, put your thinking caps on. I know a good team name is all we need to catapult us to the top!
