Yesterday while reading Hannah's blog, Matt effectively told me he thinks "tagging" on blogs is lame...too lame to do, at least. That is the difference between him and me. Lame or not, there is something appealing about answering specific questions that no one is really asking and no one may even read. Plus I like reading others' too.

I was a sophomore in HS, I had braces, I slept in a bunk bed, I was constantly late to seminary, I had lots of crushes on boys, I was in the musical Oliver!, I bought all my clothes at thrift stores, I got my learner's permit, I babysat a lot, and I failed geometry. I listened to a lot of Wyclef Jean and the soundtrack to City of Angels. I probably still watched TGIF on Friday nights.

Is it depressing that all of those are household-related? I can't help it, it's my life, especially Mondays. Recovery from the weekend.

5. My dream job was working from home as a mom...then I did it...then I decided I'd never do it again until my kids are in school or I can afford a babysitter.
Five people I am tagging
No one! Do it if you want!
Honestly, what would we have done without TGIF on Friday nights as a pre-teen/teenager??
ReplyDeleteI wonder if tagging is a female thing?
ReplyDeleteMaybe we need to give it a name that would lend it credibility.
Or not.
They are fun to read.
Tedious to write.
But free-form they might get out of hand and then be tedious to read.
Things I Read that Made me Feel Better About Myself:
ReplyDelete1) I was constantly late to seminary (me too)
2) I failed geometry (I didn't, but it made me feel better)
3) My first kiss was in college (It makes me feel better that I now know you better)
Jake thinks it is lame also. Although, I like to read the interesting stuff about new people.
ReplyDeleteMy husband thinks that tagging on blogs is lame as well. It must be a guy thing. So glad you did because now I know more about you!
ReplyDeletePS...and I'm glad to know that I wasn't the only girl on the planet that got her first kiss in college. :)
